Personal information, such as home and work addresses, is secure, confidential and cannot be seen by rideshare matches. Select Register Today, and you will receive guidance through the rideshare matching process.
Expectations and Etiquette:
· Communication between matches is by e-mail. Show respect with a prompt response to e-mail requests.
· Please set your computer to accept mail from feedback@CarpoolMatchNW and admin@CarpoolMatchNW.
· Keep your profile up-to-date to accurately reflect your rideshare needs.
· Surveys to help CarpoolMatchNW evaluate customer service and track reduction of air pollutants are sent after 15 days and every six months thereafter. Please complete these short surveys from feedback@CarpoolMatchNW.org.
